1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," "you") and ji59 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game on ji59, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ji59 is not liable for any unauthorised activity on your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ji59 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ji59 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking platforms, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals on ji59.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance upon confirmation. ji59 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the funding account must match the name on your ji59 account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion. Processing times vary by payment method and your VIP tier level. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing for withdrawal requests. ji59 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply. Exact limits are displayed within your account cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary based on your account level and verified status.

5 Gameplay and Wagers

All game outcomes on ji59 are produced by certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by the respective game providers. Each spin, draw, or round is independent of previous results. ji59 does not influence or modify game outcomes.

By placing a wager, you acknowledge that:

• You are wagering at your own risk and on your own decision.
• Gaming outcomes are determined by chance and there is no guaranteed outcome.
• The published RTP (Return to Player) values for individual games represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees for individual sessions.
• Wagers placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.

In the event of a technical error or system fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and any affected stakes will be returned to the player's balance. ji59 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6 Bonuses and Member Offers

ji59 may make bonus offers, cashback arrangements, or other promotional benefits available to members from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses may not be transferable and are issued to the eligible account only.

In cases of suspension due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If suspension is made in error, players may contact support to initiate a review.

11 Limitation of Liability
